We charge by the amount of space your items take up in the truck, not by the amount of time it takes us to remove your clutter and unwanted items. Our trained staff looks at the items you want hauled away, and gives you a free estimate for the amount of space needed in the truck. If the junk takes up more space than we estimated, you still pay the price quoted. If it takes up less space, you are charged a lower fee.

We own a retail establishment and needed to have a cooler removed from the store and discarded. I called them and they gave me a general quote over the phone so I set up an appointment to get the actual quote. Over the phone they also said they would take household appliances like TV's and microwaves. We brought in 2 TV's and a over the range microwave to have them take too.

Everything went great. They took away the cooler and microwave for the minimum flat fee . They had to charge me extra for the TV's because of the disposal fee (which was lower than taking it to a recycling place) Two guys came and carried the cooler out of the store then got everything else out of my truck and it only took about 15mins. I purchased a coupon for the hauling away of some of my trash. The appointment was for Saturday at 12.00. While I was out I had a call saying that they could come earlier. I arrived home and they had waited for me, which was great. We established I had a coupon and the men removed a descent amount of my trash (some is still frozen to the ground and will have to wait for the temperatures to warm up). The men were efficient and courteous and swift. I could not read the writing on the slip handed to me when the men left, so I communicated with Scott the owner. He was understanding and swiftly cleared up the problem of me not being able to read the writing.Excellent and efficient service.
